I know its early planning, but I need some ideas for a fall harvest party/dinner party?
This will not be with children. It will be with people from the ages of 23-30. I am looking for party ideas, dinner ideas, drink ideas. Can anyone help? When should I have it? In september, october or november. I am looking for around the time the trees start to change

-Freshly toasted sourdough rolls
-Chicken breast with a smoky-tasting marinade or stuffed with apples, or slow-smoked pork barbecue and beef brisket
-Walnut, beet, and blue cheese salad made with spinach or endive, and a light vinagrette to go on top
-An eggplant side dish
-Mashed potatoes with your favourite fall herbs
-Apple, sweet potato, and/or pecan pies
-Brownies
-Serve apple cider, alcohol optional, or red wine

Scatter some crunchy leaves around the dinner table and make sure to set out a warm tablecloth in brown or red.
Where exactly are you having this party? Because the best fall-themed party I’ve ever been to involved a bonfire. It was fun and we were all toasty in the chilly weather.

Pork Loin with cooked apples (chunky, and not quite applesauce) … Cheesecake with Apple Pie filling on top; or Apple Strudel ….. But, you need more courses; so maybe a Pumpkin Soup to start; Crisp Green Salad with Balsamic Vignarette and mandarin oranges & carmelized almonds; Waldorf or Citrus/Apple Fruit Salad …….
